The week you can see at a glance
A day and week view, drag to move a job, and a warning when two jobs overlap.
- Day or week
- Switch between a single day and the whole week. A line across the grid shows the current time.
- One click to add a job
- Click empty space next to the hour and the form opens with the time already filled in.
- Drag to move
- Pick a block up and drop it on a new time. The length stays the same. On a phone, hold the block first.
- Overlap warning
- While you drag, the block turns red if it lands on another job. It is a warning, not a wall, so you can still save.
- Jobs and visits
- A longer job and a short visit look different, so you can read the shape of the day straight away.
Not sure when you are free?
The app scans the next two weeks and offers free slots long enough for the job. It looks Monday to Saturday, between seven and five.
- The suggestion accounts for how long the job takes.
- Move a job straight from its detail view.
- A job with no set time pins to the day and takes no slot.
