Know what to buy before you set off
A materials list on every job, and one buying list across all of them.
- A list on every job
- Open a job and write what it needs. Quantity and unit go on the same line, for example 5 m cable.
- It suggests what you already use
- The app offers the materials your workshop takes most often, before you type a single letter.
- New materials add themselves
- Type something the list has not seen and it is added. There is nothing to set up in advance.
- One list across many jobs
- The same material is totalled across every job, so you go to the merchant once instead of three times.
- Send the list on
- Send it as a message to whoever is going, or tick items off in the shop yourself.
One trip instead of three
Pick a day or a week and the app shows everything those jobs still need. The same material is added up, and each line tells you which customers it is for.
- Different units stay apart, so you do not buy the wrong thing.
- Tick off what you have bought with one tap.
- The list can be written with no signal.
